I, Barack Obama, President of the United States of America, do hereby issue this executive order to establish July 20th of each year, as the Space Exploration Day Holiday, to commemorate and celebrate the anniversary of the first manned Moonlanding, letting the Apollo Moon Program stand as a precedence for mankind's future in space. This will be a permanent holiday, open to the present, and to all future generations. It will be established as a non-paid holiday of the same order and official federal status as Flag Day.

July 16 - 24 of each year is hereby designated as the United States Space Observance, to commemorate and celebrate the nine day anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Mission, one of the greatest defining events in world history.

Sign the official petition to declare JULY 20TH as Space Exploration Day throughout the entire United States.
